Alice Isong

Alice Isong is an Associate with the firm’s Corporate Finance Team. Alice advises clients on domestic and cross-border transactions in areas relating to trade finance, project finance, corporate finance and regulatory compliance. Alice is diligent, proactive, and solution-oriented, representing local and international clients across different sectors.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), NBA – Section on Business Law, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators. She also holds a certification from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.

Alice obtained her Bachelors degree from the University of Calabar and her Masters degree in International Law from Middlesex University, London.
