Anthony Madukwe is a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. He has broad experience across oil and gas, admiralty law, commercial law, property/real estate and general civil and criminal litigation.
He is skilled in applying creative solutions in overcoming complex client problems. He has represented several multi-nationals and individual clients in aviation, banking, oil & gas as well as complex commercial disputes with dispute sums running into millions of United States dollars. As a chartered arbitrator and Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, Anthony has been fully involved in negotiating Alternative Dispute Resolution settlements while helping clients avoid risks and adverse settlement outcomes.
He is also a skilled writer and editor having co-edited the Praxis Magazine and made writing contributions to First Culture, AFREADA, Brittle Paper and Kalahari Review Magazines amongst others.
