Bisola Aladenika

Bisola Aladenika is an Associate in the Corporate Finance Team of the firm. She routinely advises several domestic and international clients on a wide range of highly complex and sophisticated commercial transactions including project finance, corporate finance, acquisition finance, banking, corporate restructuring, financial and corporate regulations.

Bisola attended the University of Ibadan and the Nigerian Law School.  She is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the NBA Section of Business Law.
