Daniel Iro is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Team of the firm with more than 7 years of practice experience.
Daniel has been involved in complex dispute resolution and legal advisory services involving some of the country’s leading multinational corporations and commercial institutions such as NLNG, SPDC, Lafarge, and the NNPC among others. Daniel has made representations for a wide range of clients across several jurisdictions at both trial and appellate Courts in Nigeria.
Daniel has prosecuted cases bordering on negligence, breach of contract, land disputes, commercial disputes, and compensation claims among others.
Daniel brings to the table a deep understanding and analysis of thorny legal issues while proffering practical solutions to them.
