Nigeria Petroleum Energy Reforms
Our very own Dr. Adeoye Adefulu, the NBA Section on Business Law (SBL) Secretary anchored the NBA-SBL Roundtable on Nigeria’s Petroleum Industry Reforms by the Energy, Natural Resources & Environment Committee which held at the Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island on 14th November, 2018.
The Roundtable focused on the need for legal reforms in the Nigerian Petroleum Industry; the four reform Bills namely: The Petroleum Industry Governance Bill, Petroleum Industry Fiscal Bill, Petroleum Industry Administration Bill & the Petroleum Host and Impacted Communities Development Bill; and the way forward to securing these reforms.
The discussion was led by Mr. Osten Olorunsola, Former Director of the Department of Petroleum Resources amongst other eminent speakers.
