Linda Asuqo

Linda Asuquo is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Finance Team of the firm where she advises local and international financial institutions and blue-chip corporations on a wide range of financing and capital market transactions including syndicated loans, project finance, corporate finance, structured finance, trade finance, bonds, and commercial papers.

She obtained her law degree from the University of Calabar, Cross River State and is currently undergoing her masters degree (LL.M.) with focus on secured credit transactions – a critical area for modern banking security and risk management.

She has been called to the Nigerian bar and is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), NBA Section of Business Law and the Nigerian Gas Association.
