Morenikeji Oyeleke

Morenikeji Oyeleke is a member of the Firm’s Energy Practice Team, advising companies on a wide range of complex transactional matters across the energy sector, including oil and gas, power, solid minerals, and renewable energy. She is a highly motivated lawyer with a keen analytical mindset and a meticulous approach towards solving legal problems.

Her experience includes advising on energy transactions, regulatory and compliance matters, due diligence exercises, and commercial arrangements. She has a particular interest in navigating complex legal and regulatory frameworks and providing practical, commercially focused solutions to clients operating in the energy sector.

Morenikeji holds a law degree from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar with First Class Honours from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the NBA Section on Business Law.
