Olubukola (“Bukki”) is a partner in Odujinrin & Adefulu and currently co-heads the Corporate/Commercial and Capital Market Practice of the Firm. Bukki has fifteen years of legal practice experience and in this time, has developed expertise in the general practice of law with extensive experience in matters relating to corporate and commercial law, capital market as well as corporate governance. She has led the Firm’s team on a number of innovative transactions in the commercial practice space.
Bukki was a member of the panel on Corporate Governance at the 2015 International Bar Association Conference in Vienna. She has been highlighted as a “recommended lawyer” in the Corporate/Commercial category of the Chambers Global Guide 2018 and is one of the recipients of the top 40 Under 40 lawyers at the ESQ Nigerian Legal awards in 2018. Bukki currently acted as Chairperson, Young Lawyers’ Forum of the Nigerian Bar Association, Section on Business Law (‘NBA-SBL’) and is the Coordinator of the NBA-SBL’s inaugural Mentorship Program. She was the Publicity Secretary for the Capital Market Solicitors Association (2019-2021) and currently is the First Vice Chairman of the Capital Market Committee of the NBA-SBL.
She holds a law degree from the University of Buckingham and has been called to the Nigerian Bar.
