Oludamola Awobokun is a legal practitioner with 9 years of professional experience. She is a member of the Energy Practice team.

She obtained her law degree from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. She also holds a master’s degree from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP), University of Dundee, Scotland.

Her area of expertise is energy law. She has provided legal advice to stakeholders in the energy sector, both private and public. She has also been involved in various transactions in the energy sector such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory compliance and project finance, and regulatory reviews amongst others. Oludamola is passionate about the practice of law and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to all her clients, meeting their various legal needs.

She is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association – Section on Business Law and has held various positions in the Conference Planning Committees of the NBA-SBL’s 13th, 14th and 16th Annual International Business Law Conference.

Oludamola co-facilitated the Independent Petroleum Producers Group (IPPG) and NBA-SBL Legal & Regulatory Workshop in July 2022 which was focused on addressing critical issues in the Petroleum Industry Act 2021 (PIA) with the purpose of proffering solutions to ensure the smooth implementation of the provisions of the PIA.
