Omotoyosi Ajulo Olusola
Omotoyosi Ajulo Olusola is a member of the firm’s Corporate Commercial and Real Estate Team. She is a diligent lawyer with years of extensive experience and knowledge in matters relating to company secretarial, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and general legal advisory services. Through her practice, she has provided tailored legal and business solutions to clients both within and outside Nigeria, operating across different sectors not limited to banking and finance, real estate, energy and other key sectors in the business market.
Toyosi is a member of the team that advises international parent companies on legal compliance requirements of their local subsidiaries vis-à-vis relevant Nigerian law and regulatory requirements. She was part of the firm’s team that advised as Solicitors to International Breweries in raising N164.39 billion through a rights issue of 18.266 billion ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at N9 per share. She also managed the team that advised Uhuru Capital Limited in relation to the acquisition of majority stake in Everyday Supermarket. She was part of the team that advised Chapel Hill Denham Management Limited in connection with the revision of the terms of 3 (three) active mutual funds valued cumulatively at circa N3.2 billion (Approx. $8.9 million).
Toyosi attended University of Ado Ekiti, Ekiti and the Nigerian Law School Abuja. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria and a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
